This is what Selling SHOULD be like. Leighton was pro-active, kept me informed and up to date with what was happening in the overall market. We sold at the price we were happy with, in great time. I would definitely recommend working with Leighton Avery

We initially chose to work with David and Leighton from Award Group because of their expert market knowledge and strategy for selling our unique property. As we came to know them we realised that they were also hard working, diligent, eager and transparent agents working for our best interests. We were impressed by their marketing campaign and David and Leighton kept us well informed throughout the process which ultimately delivered us a great result. We would also like to acknowledge Jed, Neill, Matthew and Jordan, the great team that support David and Leighton. We are happy to recommend David and Leighton from Award Group to any prospective vendor.

David and his team instilled me with confidence from our first meeting. David gave me a realistic appraisal of my property then managed to exceed my expectations with the sale price. He kept me informed at every stage. I put my faith and trusted his judgment and was at no stage let down by him and his team. I recommend David and the Award Group highly.

David and his team at Award Group made the process very easy for me as a seller. I had an idea of price in my mind and David managed to top that with what I would call a very, very good offer. I myself work in property, so was watching each step of the campaign and I must say I could not fault the team and the way they marketed, exchanged and completed the sale. Thanks again guys!

I did a lot of reading about how to make a choice on the right agent when selling your home. Everything pointed towards choosing an agent you could trust, who you could work well with, and who presented a selling strategy that made sense to you. From the moment you entered our home for the first appraisal we had an instant appreciation for the way that you would handle our business. We felt that the level of service, and attention to detail that Award Group would provide to us, was more comprehensive than other agents in the area that we had met with. We instantly felt “at ease” with you both as people that we could trust and rely on for guidance. We really appreciated the time you took to sit with us and go through step-by-step everything you would do, and backed it up with examples of how those strategies had worked in other locations. From the marketing plans, to inspection times and strategy, to meeting our unique and personal needs, you demonstrated that the service that we would receive from Award Group was going to be top notch. Throughout the campaign, you were here every time. Through two different photo shoots, to pest inspections, we appreciated that Award Group was at our home every time someone needed to be here. We also really appreciated the immediacy of feedback after every inspection - a phone call with details only a few short minutes after the inspection(s) had finished. Importantly it wasn’t just a report back on numbers, it was then overlaid with strategic thought on how we were best placed to move forward based on what was evolving after each inspection. The result at auction speaks to the attention to detail and service that Award Group provided to us. We are truly grateful and appreciative of everything you did, and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you.
