My property was with another agent or 5 months with no buyers. When David Johnson & Leighton Avery came to appraise my units. Both were so excitedto see the units. Both said that they could not understand why they were not sold.It was late November & they that they were sure they would sell Unit 3 before Christmas. I was excited at that prospect & then put Unit 2 in the new year. The Unit 3 had 2 opens , we had a 2 offers - one was accepted. then Leighton show the second lot of people Unit 2 . They made an offer & we suggested another figure ,they accepted the price. Both Units were sold with cooloing off peroid well before Christmas. I can not tell you how excited my whole family is that they sold so quickly after Leighton took over the sellin of the property. I recommend Leighton to anyone selling property.

Leighton Avery Award Group Real Estate. Leighton professional well spoken, knows his trade. Upfront with information. What he said was delivered. Contracts exchanged in couple of weeks. Due to his hard work and dedication to his profession. Made my life easier. There was NO hot air and promises that some real estate agent exhibit and try to convince the client how professional they are. But unfortunately it's just HOT AIR so beware of those agents. Leighton I do appreciate your promptness and caring attitude you are PROFESSIONAL AND I NOTICED YOU LOVE YOUR JOB. It shows in your language and pride in your work. Keep up good work.
