Excellent Service

Kendall has been professional, approachable and helpful since day one. I am never left in the dark as she communicates clearly and honestly. This gives me peace of mind as a new landlord. Kendall has exceeded my expectations as she was able to rent the property even sooner than what I was expecting, and she ensured that I was informed throughout the process. Proactive, Peace of Mind

Lisa met me on-site to assess what was needed to get the property back on track and released. She organised some tradespeople and quotes and all I had to say was go for it and it was done.

Professional, decisive and knowledgeable

Cody and Georgia were fantastic from the moment I contacted Petrusma and understood that I wanted my property leased and taken care of.
