We have applied this property on Thursday and It was approved on Friday. Petrusma property was so quick to check our references and send us the lease agreement on the same day whereas the other agency wasted our 3-4 weeks saying that they are still checking our references and the landlord is shortlisting all the applications blah blah and still there was no outcome and no proper communication. I would like to say THANKS 🙏🏻 to Asha Gill & Jacob for always answering the phone and replying to our emails to update about the application without wasting anyone’s time. (Applied the property on Thursday, Approved on Friday and got the keys on Monday) Whenever you see the rental property advertised under *Petrusma properties*, give it a try, they will not waste your time.
