In the initial sign up we felt very comfortable in the level of communication and efficiency to respond. Promised we would have ownership over how much we wanted to deal with etc. Then they send you the "rate my agent" which I decided to wait til I felt I could truly comment. Here we go: Since being with them the initial inspection date was given wrong to tenant so they didn't expect us, and the agent was 45 minutes late, and only responded after I messaged to see where she was. Fails to answer phone calls, voice messages, sms and emails (blaming junk mail). Left messages with reception and it seems that communication and efficiency is no longer important. Very dissapointed. I had some inquiries about the initial set up of the banking etc and couldn't get through to my agent no matter what form of communication I tried. Have been let down on many occasions and don't feel like we can just trust them to look after things and we have to hassle them to see they've paid the utilities so we don't get an "overdue" again. Still waiting on them to post a document that they couldn't upload to the "propertyMe" app from when the tenant moved in - I've only asked 5 times now over several months... The tenant mentioned an issue at the inspection, we are happy and encouraging of getting it fixed - that was 2 months ago and I've not been invoiced, so assume it hasn't been done. This concerns me as I want the tenant to be happy to stay and extend, but if an issue isn't fixed when they ask, it may effect their willingness to extended the contract - so the agent is impacting my property negatively in many ways, I just wouldn't recommend. Got a Xmas card though that only was addressed to one of us, not to both owners. Generic and inpersonal.
