Ruby and Asha did a great job of promptly advertising our West Hobart property, so that new tenants were found before the lease had expired from the previous occupants. Ruby then conducted a very comprehensive post-lease inspection, and arranged for a couple of minor repairs to be completed within a 24 hour timeframe. Excellent work!
