My experience with David Sullivan was exceptional. He was supportive towards personal needs and wanted best for all parties involved. David was readily available for both phone calls and in person catch ups (that were outside of typical working hours). Any questions or concerns were addressed in a timely and professional manner. He offered best advice based on local knowledge and experience. Overall, David’s reliability and responsiveness were to a high standard and therefore I would wholeheartedly recommend him as a real estate agent.

David is a fantastic agent, knows the local market well and nothing is too much trouble. We have bought and sold many a time and thought we'd give David a try as we've seen him be very active in our local community and we thought if he puts that much energy into his supporting the local schools and business, he'd be an energetic agent! He was very knowledgeable, very efficient and calm throughout the whole process. He has great local property knowledge and is very passionate about his job. Nothing was too much trouble, we were impressed with his communication style and responsiveness to us as sellers and to the buyers as well. He even popped down to put our bins out the night before settlement to make sure our new buyers had empty bins! We loved the notification process of offers the business has set up so everything is very transparent. We achieved the price point we wanted with David handling multiple offers and getting it up and over the line. We would thoroughly recommend David and his business and never hesitate to use him again if needed.

When I was looking to sell my home in Banyo, David had been highly recommended to me by various friends and neighbours in the area, and further afield as a trustworthy agent that will look after you from start to finish. David is the local agent that not only charges less than all the rest but understands it can be a stressful time and will do everything he can to make the process as painless, as possible. He goes above and beyond to get the best price for you and us transparent with all aspects of the process. Mine was a simultaneous settlement, so a lot of pressure to sell my home by the required time period, but I never felt that pressure from David. I only felt confidence that we would get it done. There were a lot of moving parts with this settlement and having a local, trustworthy agent to sell my Banyo home was essential to do what I needed to do. Thank you to David and the One Percent team for helping me get to my new seachange home - couldn't have done it without you. Thank you!

Once again over all good, but lacked in areas promised as in, no Facebook/social media as promised and would have thought this would had been a give me especially with the open houses and general marketing, so bit disappointed there, in saying that not saying it wasn’t there but if if was, it was not noticed by myself, family or friends

If you want genuine support all the way through, go with David from One Percent. Very knowledgeable, patient, approachable, proactive, kind and goes with the saying no beating around the bush. He shares his knowledge and provides advice and can assist in decision making. He made us feel that we were the only ones he is helping sell property. It was emotional selling something you invested in financially and of sentiment, David was able to make the experience pleasant and easy. Reading through details that I wasn’t sure of, he already had the answer and already made contact to the right people. The whole process was a Wow and pleasant. Thank you for introducing us to the amazing Team at LawLab Conveyancing, it settled ahead of time and without fuss! We are very grateful to David, the Team at One Percent and LawLab. Thank you very much 🙂

We couldn’t have hoped for a better agent for my parents holiday home. My brother recommended David Sullivan after smooth sailing selling his house. David is a hard worker, honest, low pressure, professional - one of the best! We felt extremely lucky and dad felt David had his best interests at heart. My mum has dementia and nothing was easy but not too hard for David. He was a gem! Low cost, low pressure & a smooth transaction.

We chose Matt and One Percent to sell our home and are glad we did. Matt and his partner treated us with respect and were always very helpful with any questions we had. He came into our home and assisted in the preparation for the open house inspections. I believe this was the first sale in Bundaberg but it definitely will not be the last. The house sold in a couple of weeks and Matt kept us well informed at all times. The fees are more than reasonable, and far less than other agents. If we decide to sell or purchase property in Bundaberg in the future, we will only choose the One Percent team. I highly recommend Matt and Rhi from One Percent and wish him and Rhi well in the future.

This is the second investment property we have purchased through David Sullivan. Both experiences have been fantastic for achieving a purchase price that is going to make this investment a long term gain. An easy transaction with his guidance and support along the way. I would recommend David to everyone who is wanting a smooth transaction.
