We chose Rhi and Matt from One Percent to sell our home and are glad we did. Rhi and her partner treated us with respect and were always very helpful with any questions we had. She came into our home and assisted in the preparation for the open house inspections. I believe this was the first sale in Bundaberg but it definitely will not be the last. The house sold in a couple of weeks and Rhi kept us well informed at all times. The fees are more than reasonable, and far less than other agents.
