The sale experience I had was beyond my expectation. Alex was efficient, professional, knowlegable. My sale experience was stress free as he promised. Can not be happier. I have recommend ALex to my friend who also has a property for sale in Edens. Go with Alex, you won't go wrong.

Alex is an awesome agent - a real star. From our first meeting it was obvious Alex was a professional and experienced agent with great knowledge of the local area and market. Alex is also very personable and easy to work with, and someone who obviously cares about doing the right thing and takes pride in providing excellent service to his clients. Our questions were answered quickly and fully with helpful advice readily offered. The entire selling experience was as low stress as such an event can be and with a quick sale at a good price we could not be happier. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Alex in the strongest terms to anyone wanting an outstanding agent.

Rowena was a pleasure to deal with as my agent. Being new to real estate, she helped me through the process, and made the whole experience a pleasure. Thank you!

This hilarious agent tracked me down to sell my house. She bombarded us with her amazing personality that made us click with her and trust her to do the job. Rowena has kept us updated on every little thing throughout the sale of our property. I couldnt have asked for a better agent. She was so determined and very passionate about getting a sale.

My house is sold in no time and the offer was above the price that I wanted, all thanks to Rowena!!! Rowena has been amazing to us throughout the whole experience. Not once were we left in the dark and were well communicated throughout, even on a weekend night which she had our contract ready to sign, how good is that! Not only is she professional in what she does, she has a great sense of humor, enthusiasm and a strong drive to get the job done so you can move on with a satisfaction. Look no further, choose Rowena to sell your house and you wont be disappointed!

Rowena has been amazing agent throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home in Australia. In addition to being honest, helpful, informative, courteous (the list goes on and on). She went out of her way to ensure I have understood and been comfortable with every step along the way. No matter how silly I thought my never ending questions was. Rowena understood how daunting this was for me and made me feel at ease, her care for her clients as both buyers and sellers is unparalleled. Rowena is a true professional and I honestly could not have hoped for a better agent (now a friend) to help me in securing our first home.

From the first meeting Rowena was a good fit for us. She wasn't pushy, clearly explained what would be the best options for us amongst a myriad of choices, outlined her reasons behind picking a particular strategy and the pros and cons of different options. When COVID restrictions hit, she was immediately onto it so we didn't lose any momentum with trying to sell. She helps us achieve a good price in a challenging market, and we'd be happy to recommend Rowena to anyone looking to sell

After a very long and disappointing year on the market with another local agent, we decided to take action and searched Rate My Agent for reviews. We noticed Alex had held the #1 Rating for the area, we also noticed that in our area the houses he had listed were sold quickly, we made a call to him and here we are less than 4 weeks back on the market we have our sold sticker, his easy going professional , energetic nature was a breathe of fresh air and we knew we had made a great decision, nothing was too much trouble and he never failed to get back to us. We would recommend Alex to anyone wanting to sell their home , a very stress less experience.

Rowena's knowledge and positivity put us at ease with selling at a difficult time. With her experience on how to prepare your house, for a buyer, proved to be successful in finding a buyer offering close to the price we would accept. She communicated with us on all aspects of this sale. Thank you Rowena, we would recommend you to any future sellers.
