Honest when viewing the properties, answered a LOT of questions( even the silly ones) I had about the buying process as all new to us , and very helpful. Several locals in the area we purchased recommended him highly too. Great communication and we are very happy!

If you find a house and see Rowena as the agent be rest assured you are going to be looked after - book an inspection and secure that dream home! She is full of energy, genuine and will do all she can to make your experience a pleasure (she'll even take photos of you and your sold sign in the rain!) She's also funny as hell 😊

Excellent knowledge and communication!!

Keryn was very helpful throughout the negotiations and settlement. She also assisted with an early access to accommodate our removalist. Keryn has a happy disposition and is very relatable - we felt supported throughout the entire transaction.

I am so appreciative of everything that Rowena has done for me while selling my three investment properties in Kingston. As I live interstate, Rowena went beyond the call of duty in every respect and even took care of all those odds and ends necessary for me to present the house in its best light including shopping for curtains for me and hanging them herself. It was comforting knowing that the sale of my house from go to woe was in expert hands. Thank you Rowena for being an amazing agent, delivering such an outstanding service and entertaining me with your refreshing humour throughout the journey.

I can’t speak highly enough about Rowena Gill. She has sold two properties of mine now and each time she has gone over and beyond to get me the result I was after. In addition to that, she was born and bred in the area she sells property in which is obvious by her passion, knowledge and effortless ease in communicating and negotiating deals between both the vendor and buyer. I will try and sum up Rowena with the following words; warm, friendly, genuine, hard working, committed, dedicated, reliable, thorough, energetic, tireless, selfless, intelligent, funny and humble. She is a great agent!!

Rowena had great knowledge of the area and trends and tried different things to keep the calls and open homes active. Rowena was very proactive and was always exceptionally friendly and the house wasn't on the market for long. The communication was great and she always updated us with feedback and stayed very positive about our house.

It was a absolute pleasure dealing with Keryn, she made the whole process of purchasing my new property easy and straight forward, she even went the extra mile for me. Keryn is very knowledgeable and easily communicated my needs to the vendors. I highly recommend Keryn if you are selling or purchasing a property, she has a very caring nature. Keryn recommended a conveyancing firm who were equally a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend then.

Our property in a over 50’s village had been on the market for some time without any luck. Kerryn and Rowena were full of ideas and tips to promote our property and sold it within 60 days. They kept us informed every step of the way. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

As first home buyers, we were not sure what to expect but Alex made the whole process easy. He went above and beyond to do an inspection for us on his day off, provided regular updates and communications along the way and negotiated a decent buy price for us. We are now happy first home owners thanks to Alex! We would definitely recommend him to our family and friends.
