Alex was excellent to deal with from start to finish. He is clearly an expert on Edens Landing real estate, as he delivered what he promised and we were very happy with the price he sold our house for. I wouldn't have any problems recommending Alex to other sellers. He and his team were very professional and made the selling process stress free and easy. Thank you for looking after us Alex.

I'll make it easy for you. Alex achieved $15K above during a falling market making it more like $25 over market and he even took a % discount because he was personally disappointed with his timeline 45 days. Doesn't get more ethical nor rock solid than that! If you don't use Alex you're not using the hardest working most premier agent in Edens Landing period.

Alex Stassen and his team went above and beyond for the sale of our property. Not only did he receive multiple and provide us with various options but he was an outstanding support of the purchase for our new property. Alex and his team ensured we had high quality advertising to maximise exposure. They continued to complete open homes and even left little surprises for our children.

Alex was the prefect choice for us and we would recommend him to anyone selling their property. Alex was easy to communicate with and his market knowledge as well as his rapport with buyers was invaluable in achieving our sale in an area where there were many other properties on the market. Alex was the man for the job and he got us what we wanted in a good time frame. Thank You Alex... Great Job!

As soon as I met Alex Stassen the very first time, I know that he is different, in a very positive way. Alex sold our House on the first open house presentation (2 days on the market). The sales price was above our expectation. During the time from signing the listing to settlement, Alex was continuing in contact with us.. For every question we had during that time, Alex provided us with satisfying answers, always in a very nice, polite manner.. We are extremely happy and very thankful for the excellent service we received from Alex Stassen. We wish him the very Best ...
