It's actually very difficult to explain how amazing Alex has been throughout this entire transaction, because without him as the seller of our (now) house we honestly don't think it would have been possible. Alex was the best real estate agent we had dealt with in our journey after our first phone call with him. As potential first home buyers we were constantly reminded how stressful the experience was like to be, however having Alex selling the house we wanted made everything so easy for us. He was so proactive in finding out what we were looking for and genuinely invested in helping us get our home, he worked around our schedules to fit in inspections and contracts, he always called with updates when he said he would (well beyond regular working hours) and not only worked hard for the sellers of our house, but also for us. He was always positive, honest, fair and calmed all our "home-buying" nerves. I'll make it easy for you. Alex achieved $15K above during a falling market making it more like $25 over market and he even took a % discount because he was personally disappointed with his timeline 45 days. Doesn't get more ethical nor rock solid than that! If you don't use Alex you're not using the hardest working most premier agent in Edens Landing period.
