Ava my property manager helped me to improve my investment unit . As I do not live close she organised a new shower screen and tiles . She looked after any painting and cleaning that was required . She kept me informed with photos and invoices. And finally had it photographed ready for the new tenant .

Have been with Shire agents for over 10 years,(same firm, different name). I don't think I could have found a better crew of agents anywhere else. Have in the past had tenant issues but, Shire agents were always on hand to assist. They are a group of professionals that are always only a phone call away when any issues arise. Highly recommend, if you are a investor, and don't want to be hands on when issues arise. They are always there as a helping hand.

My 2 previous agents were shocking, unprofessional and completely uninterested in their job and duties. Shire Agents, particularly Nathan, stepped in and changed it all. Nathan is thorough, explains things really well, calls you back promptly, initiates his skills and profession, and makes your life easier because he simply just knows his job. And this is all via interstate correspondence, Melbourne to Sydney. So well done Nathan and Shire Agents, keep up the good work!
