Worked very hard in getting suitable tenants, and I am kept well informed at the rental property, and ensures it is being looked after. This older style unit is hard to rent and I appreciate the efforts of Shire Agents in finding a tenants and obtaining refunds when invoices were paid twice in error. I woud recommned Shire Agents for rental of property

The team at Shire Agents manage our investment unit. They do a fantastic job in looking after the unit so we don't have to think about it. During May 2020 our tenants gave notice and Shire Agents were able to secure new tenants in a matter of weeks. This was an amazing result during the uncertain times we are currently experiencing.
