Ben is friendly and very approachable, no question to silly with a response in a very timely manner. He knows the market well and sold our property for more than we expected. I would highly recommend Ben and his team, unlike other agents in the area who DONT SHOW UP! Ben kept to our time frame and when viewing other possible properties he ALWAYS kept his appointment times.
