I approached Ben while he was actually on holiday in S.A. enjoying the first real break after a year of Covid-19 lock-downs. I don’t think there are words to describe how wonderful it is to have Ben in your life! Ben approached me several years ago to manage my property ( as I had been doing this myself ) and let me tell you what a difference it made leaving it all to Ben. Ben manages a property as if it was his own. He always had tenants lined up and ready to move in BEFORE the previous ones had even moved out.
