I first received my first phone call from Benjamin in early August 2019 informing me of a unit in a retirement village for sale. I wanted to purchase one but was not ready with the cash. We moved to Mackay from Bribie Island 2yrs ago and that is when we first contacted Benjamin. We were only looking for rentals at that time and Benjamin helped us with what areas were good for families, schooling etc. Even though we weren't renting a property of him he was very helpful. As an agent I rate Benjamin a solid 10.

Ben was exceptionally helpful through out the sale of my property and dedicated to making sure the new owners were the right fit for the property. He kept me informed through the negotiation and settlement process. Ben also assisted in keeping my property rented out and well maintained during the long sales period.
