We bought our apartment from Scott a few years ago, and when it was time to lease it out there was no question which agent we would choose, so when it was then time to sell, again we were confident. He is extremely trustworthy and honest. We asked for an honest appraisal so we could make an executive decision, and that is exactly what we got. He kept us informed and ended up getting us more than he said we would! We couldn't be happier. Being overseas can make these things stressful, but he made it so simple and smooth sailing. We were buying from Melbourne which in today's Sydney market was very frustrating and we were so excited to finally secure a property back in a suburb we love. The sale almost fell over however due to Scott's hard work and assistance we were able to secure our new home. Every question has been quickly and efficiently handled and nothing has been too much trouble (and not being in the state does make things more complex). I can't recommend Scott highly enough.
