Scott is a first class Real Estate Agent. I initially came to him so that Balmain Real Estate would manage a rental property I had bought in Rozelle ‘off the plan’ 2 years earlier. The construction of the property was nearing completion. He immediately suggested that I had 2 options – renting or selling. I hadn’t thought of selling but when he suggested that the market had risen considerably in the Balmain/Rozelle area I decided I would sell and realise the capital gain. I retained Scott and his Real Estate Agency for the sale. I found him an absolute delight to work with as he has a highly competent approach. The property sold in a short time and above what he had quoted me he could get for the property.
