I received 2 proposals from 2 local agents in the Balmain area, Scott being 1 of them. The first agent came in with a valuation less than what the bank had valued to property for and thankfully i could see through the smooth talking as it quickly became clear they were after a quick sale. Scott came in at a price i thought was reasonable (and above the bank valuation) and he managed to beat that by quite a substantial amount. He also negotiated the price up a little more on my behalf. Scott knows the market and had a list of buyers who were looking in the area and it ended up being a quick sale at a great price. I would recommend Scott to all selling in the area.
