Monique's years of knowledge and thoroughness in property appraisal is superb because she has valued our property to its worth while we have many doubts of the market and its value after retrieving low appraisals from 3 other agents. She maintained confidence and professionalism throughout the process and always kept us well informed of next steps or anything required. She is great negotiator and has done her best to get us best price! We are very happy with the outcome!

Mark kept me fully informed all the way through the campaign and the auction process. As the campaign progressed he was nimble in addressing changes in strategy and honest in his assessment of what was, and wasn't, working. My questions were always answered. Mark was always available to show potential buyers the property. Mark's skill as an auctioneer is impressive and he achieved a great result for us. I would definitely work with Mark again.

Adam was helpful right from the beginning, listening to our questions and sharing information that helped us appreciate the property better and to look at the potential it had. We found him to be open and punctual. He gave us space to make our own decisions, and was able to promote the vendor’s interest in a positive manner.

Adam was extremely helpful & supportive, when purchasing my Unit, as I had very little knowledge on what I was doing. He was very patient & understanding, guiding me through the process, via phone, email & in person, as technology is not my forte. I can’t thank Adam enough.

To put it simply Mark has been Amazing. Going above and beyond in every aspect. Even checking in to see if we have found a new home after selling our own. Throughout every step he has been 100% honest and open and giving us all the information both good and bad, helping us to make the best decision for ourselves. Mark is always easy to get in touch with and is able to answer every little and stupid question we come out with. Thank you Mark for all you have done, it all means more than we can say.

Adam's up to date knowledge of the current market and area was second to none, from the first moment Adam walked into our home he was the ultimate professional. Adam's responsiveness and communication to keep us updated throughout the sale process of our home was super impressive. Come Auction day he had to deal with a tough crowd but he did not break stride and dug deep to get it across the line for us. I've dealt with many real estate agents in the past but Adam is the by far the BEST!
