I am very grateful to Monique, & team from Barry Plant Boronia for managing the sale of my parents home. Throughout the whole process I received exceptional service. From market assessment, property presentation advice, to frequent communication & sales progress updates. Team was always professional, helpful & responsive. Received great unsolicited feedback from various consultants working with the agency. Thank you Monique for making this so stress free & delivering a wonderful overall result.

Keith worked hard to help us sell our very individual property in Ferntree Gully. We went for a fixed price rather than a price range and Keith helped us decide what that price should be. We eventually sold for 97% of the agreed price, a record in our street, and we all thought that was a great result. Keith also advised us to hire some attractive furniture to stage the property, with the assistance of a professional interior designer, and we think that helped a great deal.
