Adam was a superstar to work with. Adam made the sale process of my home, owned for 25years, extremely smooth where nothing was too much trouble. Adam was able to make recommendations and assist with staging, repairs and general maintenance in the lead-up to the campaign - all of which were spot on. Adam's knowledge of the market was exemplary and I would have no hesitation in recommending Adam and the team at Barry Plant.

This is the second house we have sold through Keith, and would absolutely use him again!!! Keith obtained an absolutely outstanding result for us. He is super knowledgeable, providing up to date market details, whilst being realistic in expectations but pushing hard for his clients. Thanks once again Keith!

From the moment I was considering selling my home and my first contact with Adam he kept me informed of what was happening in my area. At that stage I hadn’t appointed an Agent but there was absolutely no pressure placed on me. After meeting Adam I felt confident in his ability to market my property successfully. Adam was always professional, friendly and honest and maintained regular contact. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to sell their home.

Rodney was clear from the start on a achievable price. We obviously thought it was worth more like all sellers, but Rodney proved to be spot on. The campaign went smoothly and Rodney kept assuring us through the campaign that things would be fine and they where. He kept us informed at all times. This is the 4th Property Rodney has sold for us and we have always been happy with the result and the service we received

We were delighted with the great job Rodney did in working with us to sell our property within the agreed timelines and at the upper end of our hoped for price range. He was most professional and accessible - very good communication skills and is highly recommended.
