We had been looking for property for a few months and to be honest had pretty much had enough of the rubbish real estate agents had been telling us eg their underestimation of property sale prices, the countless emails and texts about new properties in our price range then going to inspect to find they were not in our range. We met Adam at a property, he was friendly, answered all our questions and gave us no rubbish. He guided us through the process of purchasing a property and what we needed to do to make an offer. We made an offer at about 1230 pm and by 430pm contracts had been signed and we had bought a home. No stress, no rubbish. Adam is friendly and cares about not only the person he is assisting to sell their house but the person buying it too. After previous experiences it was refreshing. We really didn't know the processes of buying a home but Adam walked us through, answered all of our silly questions before during and after the sale , all with a smile on his face, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. If we ever sell or buy again Adam would be our first port of call. Thanks Adam for turning our dream into a reality.
