Have known about Damien for a very long time. He sold a friend's property many years ago and he couldn't be happier with the service. We went through the motions of interviewing the 'others' and when I called Damien, his no-fuss and straight-to-the-point ethic was a positive for us in that there was no beating around the topic. We had our own ideas as to how to market our property, and Damien never once said we should do it differently. He was on board with our tight budget and became intensely involved with assisting us in presenting the property as best as possible, all the while providing constant feedback and insight in to the demographics of the area along with his knowledge of the immediate positives to spruike during the campaign. We couldn't have had a smoother experience with Damien - it took around 7 weeks for our house to sell, and that also included the "official" marketing campaign. During this time, Damien organized value-added (free) advertising in the local Leader Newspaper, and brought through many people even prior to the house being 'on the market.' His efforts to constantly show the property to potential buyers, all-the-whilst working late evenings and with constant text/phone conversations well past dark provided us with confidence in his abilities.
