We have dealt/utilised Ray for three separate property transactions. In each situation we have found Ray engages to clearly understand clients (our) needs and set clear expectations in order to manage the relationship effectively to client expectations. Ray has great communication skills which are evidenced in the way he plays back his understanding of client expectations to the client to ensure he is in alignment. His no nonsense approach to negotiation of price is also a standout with Ray as he quickly eliminates the deals that are not worth pursuing (timewasters) and in our experience gets the best offers in front of clients promptly.
