Due to the nature of our work, we deal with a lot of agents on a daily basis but have never met anyone so professional, organised, prompt and honest like Ray. When we did our initial inspection, he wasn't pushy or hard selling the property which we find many agents do. He was clear and very open to showing us how many people were interested and at what price they were offering instead of throwing us a number to try and push us to give an offer. He also didn't arrange for all interested parties to come to the inspection all at one time and followed the COVID restrictions strictly. After the contract was signed, Ray continued to be very hands on and was easy to contact; even replying to text messages after hours. When we wanted to settle earlier, he would contact us actively every weekend to give us an update so that we didn't have to follow him up.
