Myself and Amanda was on the market to purchase a property from October 2019. We have shopped around and found nothing to our requirements as well as the feedback from the agents while doing inspections. During this period and due to us not making a decision our pre-approval for the loan expired. During May 2020 we decided to again apply for a pre approval and start looking for a property, this time we were looking for a good location and ample house size.
