Due to the nature of our work, we deal with a lot of agents on a daily basis but have never met anyone so professional, organised, prompt and honest like Ray. When we did our initial inspection, he wasn't pushy or hard selling the property which we find many agents do. He was clear and very open to showing us how many people were interested and at what price they were offering instead of throwing us a number to try and push us to give an offer. He also didn't arrange for all interested parties to come to the inspection all at one time and followed the COVID restrictions strictly. After the contract was signed, Ray continued to be very hands on and was easy to contact; even replying to text messages after hours. When we wanted to settle earlier, he would contact us actively every weekend to give us an update so that we didn't have to follow him up. We couldn't ask for a better agent than Ray to help us with our first home and would recommend our friends and colleague to him.

Vikki helped us through the journey of finding our first home with utmost care and professionalism. Instead of pushing us to buy any property she was always happy to help us finding something that 'had the vibe' for us. During months of the process of inspecting, negotiating and settling I can not remember a un-returned phone call our email. As we were first home buyers we had heaps of questions and concerns about the whole journey but she was always patient in answering all of them. During one stage of the buying process we had a setback with the buyer's conveyancer however, Vikki made sure to that she highlighted the buying a house for us was more emotional than just a commerical transaction.
