Choosing the right sales agent to help sell our house in Seabrook was looking like a difficult decision. However, in addition to his enthusiasm and friendliness, I was particularly taken by the well organised and detailed presentation of Nunzio’s marketing strategy. My subsequent decision to entrust Nunzio with this important task was quickly vindicated. The house had been a rental property so the rooms were completely vacant. Once authorised to act, Nunzio immediately arranged a thorough tidy-up of the garden and options for furniture hire to ensure an attractive presentation. I was regularly updated and kept fully informed at each step of a very fast and efficient process. We have used Ray for the sale of two other Point Cook homes in the past 11 years, so it was obvious that we would choose him again for our next sale. Putting the house on the market, we had high hopes, but a few weeks after we did, late in 2018, the housing market plummeted and after months of open for inspections and no sale, we decided to take the house off the market. Some 6 months later with the market improving, we decided to try and sell again. This time with another agent, just to try something different. But after almost 100 days, we did not achieve what we wanted to and after speaking with Ray again, decided to put the house back on the market with Barry Plant. Ray promised us that he would not let us down and that he would sell our home. He kept his promise. Whilst the price was not what we had hoped to get, the settlement terms were perfect and the timing of everything allowed us to buy our next house very quickly. Ray even helped us through the offer process on the new house and gave us advice when we needed it. He was the first person to call us to say Congrats after we purchased in Altona!
