Michael was an absolute pleasure to have working for me with the recent listing and sale of my property in Point Cook. I’ve only ever bought one house and sold one house, and on both occasions it was through Ray. When I first met Ray through the buying experience, he shared so much of his knowledge on not just the house but the area as well. I looked at a few houses in the area and bought one of the ones listed with Ray. After telling him that I wanted to renovate it, Ray then shared so many contacts with me to get the job done. Fast forward a few years later and when it was time to sell, I knew who to call. Ray still had my number in his phone - which didn’t surprise me. He doesn’t forget faces or people and he creates lasting relationships with the clients he deals with. There were still a couple of jobs to be done around the house before getting on the market so Ray told me exactly what he thought needed to be done without blowing the budget. When those final touches were done, Ray enlisted an incredible photographer to ensure the photos on the listing captured how beautiful the house was. Once on the market the weather gods were not kind. During every single open there was a storm. I don’t mean rain, I mean, a storm. Ray had to check the weather updates and move opens around in the end, sometimes with hardly any notice. He moved to private viewings and with those final pushes, the house was sold for exactly what I expected (which was a great price). I’m now looking to buy in the area again and I think it’s pretty obvious who I’ll call when I’m ready to go. If you’re buying or selling with Ray, you’re in great hands. And will quickly connect with other people on the area who’ve experienced his exceptional service.

When it come to selling your most valuable asset, one has to do some serious dogging to find the best and most suited estate agent that could market your property. After having listed my beautiful home in Point Cook with another real estate agent that promised the world and delivered absolutely nothing. Ray Harb came to the rescue for the second time. The first time was back in 2012 where he sold my property in Howards Way, Point cook. The difference between Ray Harb and the rest of the other rest estate agents is that he cleverly study the type of property of sale and brilliantly mirrors the right kind of professions toward that property. I also found Ray Harb super easy to deal with the no bull in sooo much details about the flow of people coming to view my property, but rather attracts and follow up those that are genuinely interested in my property. He was the only agent to get offer and close to what the market value was offering. I say, Ray Harb is an honest, genuine person that looks at the client as if it was a family member. Have great respect, solid moral standards and would not leave a stone unturned until he finds the right buyer. A legend in the business where others are simply interest in commission.
