Contacted Nunzio back in 2015 for a market appraisal for our property, and he has been keeping me updated about Seabrook’s market ever since, even he knew we were not prepared to sell our property yet. When we’re ready, from the initial contact, through the walk-through of our property, the advice he provided, the enthusiasm he showed us about our property, and most importantly his sincerity and honesty won our votes to pass him our property. He always keeps us informed with the latest progress of the house, the renovations and anything else we need to be aware. Doesn’t matter what time he was contacted, he always gets back pronto! With all his great efforts and his amazing renovation team, our house was sold at first open inspection. I’m not sure if that’s a record for him, but that’s certainly a result any vendor for private sale would have hoped for!! Cannot recommend him highly enough! Thank you again Nunzio!
