Ray is easily the best agent we've dealt with in the Point Cook area. He is ultra professional, well connected, and always quick to respond to any questions or queries. We engaged Ray to sell our niche block of land just as the Corona virus pandemic started to engulf Australia. Amidst the havoc of Corona, Ray was able to land a potential buyer - however the potential buyer was frustratingly lowballing. Through sheer persistence and stubbornness, Ray was able to get the buyer onto the same page as ourselves, and thanks to some very timely advice, we were able to secure the sale just before we went into lockdown - and with a very good result for us. I would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend Ray to sell your property. I simply wouldn't bother with any other agents in the Point Cook area.
