He provided clear information about marketing the property, the market conditions and got us an exceptional sale price. Depite having competing offers Ray didn't direct our decision to the highest offer, instead letting us choose the offer that best suited us. As well as an agent, Ray is a genuinely nice bloke, who wants to do the best for you.
