I am a first home buyer, and only knew the main things to do with buying your first house while being completely new to a lot of other aspects. Vikki was very professional all throughout the process, from the initial inspection through to settlement. I was aware that she was officially working in the interest of the vendor but felt she was always honest with me, not enthusiastically pushy but not neglectful either, and she was prompt with returning crucial calls. I also appreciated her compassion in relating to my situation as a first home buyer. I have seen and experienced some typical 'business' attitude from other real estate agencies, and with Vikki (Barry Plant Point Cook as a whole) the experience was straight forward. She was great with communication along the way when she could respond. I was well-informed and looked after, though I was not her client. Would highly recommend her as your agent, and if she is assigned to the property you're looking to buy, you have struck gold :)
