Steven initially suggested a price range that was on the higher end of what we thought we could hope for. It was clear to us that Steven was confident about this price range because of his strong knowledge of the local market. Before the property got listed online, he provided us with guidance for getting the house ‘market’ ready. Once the property was on the market he always reported back immediately after the OFIs with feedback from the prospective buyers.
