I met Steven Terzakis around 5 weeks ago, a very pleasant and well mannered professional. He had no hurry in selling the house rather suggested us to look around as we were newbie in this market. In a few meetings he created a trust by his activities like started conversing with Vendor as soon as submitted the offer and I was in urge to transfer initial 1k Aud to keep the same trust from my end.
