I would highly recommend this agent. He has a very sound and detailed knowledge of he market. He was quite clear on realistic value and method of marketing to get the best result for us. During appraisal of our property he was able to show where exactly all his informations came from and he left us with that information so that we could review it later. We felt that he was being quite open and honest all the time. We felt as if he had our best interests at heart and we trusted him to do the best job for us. We met Steven on a few occasions during open for inspections at other houses. We found that Steven was not only friendly and professional, his knowledge and experience of the local Point Cook market was extensive. When we decided to put our house on the market, we looked no further and knew perfectly well Steven would be the person. Steven guided us and made the selling process as smooth as possible. We were amazed at how good Steven was at furniture arrangement and making use of existing soft furnishing / decoration items to bring the house interior and layout to the fullest potential.
