We were very happy with Ross from start to finish. He kept in regular contact and informed us of any major phone calls and offers that came through. We were impressed with how Ross called us straight after each open inspection and gave us a summary of how many people came through and what type of questions and feedback they were giving. We were also provided with a summary sheet of how many groups came through to each open. We were happy with our auction campaign and how the advertising was presented, but most importantly the sale price Ross helped us achieve, which was in the top 3 results for a townhouse sale in Reservoir!!!
