Her communication was exceptional throughout—she responded promptly to calls and texts, and provided detailed feedback after each open home, clearly identifying potential serious buyers. Jess never canceled a scheduled open home and arranged several private viewings for interested parties who couldn't attend regular sessions. When faced with a slow market, she proactively suggested alternative strategies, including arranging competitively priced staging furniture to create an inviting atmosphere. Her team ensured the property was presentable before showings by vacuuming and airing out the space. There were a couple of instances where lights were left on afterward, but this was minor compared to the overall service quality. In retrospect, our initial listing price may have been optimistic. While Jess was confident we could achieve a higher price, starting lower might have generated more immediate interest.
