We sought out two agents and on meeting Jess it was such a wonderful experience, this lady is a true professional. She immediately put us at ease and quickly explain her proposal for the sale of our property. She explained exactly what and how best to offer the property for sale and this was exactly how it occurred. Jess, consistantly maintained an open line of communication with us ensuring exactly what was happening and when it would happen. Her market knowledge assisted us greatly and we were completely at ease with her suggestions. At all times we were completely comfortable with the progress of the sale keeping us informed and providing feedback. Having just recently sold my mothers property I wish that Jess had been available to sell that one as well. I can not thank her for a total professionalism throughout the whole sale process.
