Lower than competition commission absolutely did not mean lower performance. Sam has a professional approach to the sellers, buyers and the sale process. Jess was an excellent agent. She guided us through what could have been a very difficult process and made it all so much easier for us. Jess was fully professional at all times, but also made us feel she was a real friend. Jess is a very warm and friendly person. She quickly understood that we were selling our family home of 50 years and downsizing into an apartment. This was a huge change for us and at times quite scary. Jess’s confidence and support was an enormous help to us. Jess is very good at her job. She knows the rules and regulations and was able to advise us based on her extensive experience. When our sale seemed to be flagging a little Jess “went to work” and got us a very good outcome. As well as providing support, advice, and guidance for the sale of our house Jess also assisted us greatly in the purchase of our new apartment. She was able to guide us through the process, point out some of the pitfalls and advise on the best way forward. Again, she made the whole process, which at times was a bit daunting for us, much easier. Jess provided clear effective communication. She took all our questions quite happily and followed up where she couldn’t provide and immediate answer. She made regular contact with us to see how we were fareing before, during and after both the buying and selling process. I cannot speak highly enough of Jess. Her attention to detail, market advice and communication skills are second to none but more impressive is her caring attitude to me personally while going through this process with the health difficulties I am having. Jess always answered my calls and emails and always on time, the staff at Stone were extremely helpful and understanding at all times. If you do not talk to Jess and the Stone team when looking to sell your property you are doing yourself a disservice. I now count Jess as a friend.

As a very anxious first home buyer, Sam was wonderful to work with. Sam was very helpful and easy to contact during the entire buying process from emails prior to the inspection to calls and messages up to settlement. Sam was very upfront about the offer process, which I hadn't had when speaking with other agents. Following my offer being accepted Sam let me know what the buying process would look like, which lined up with what my solicitor advised, particularly about the pre-exchange inspection to bring up any faults.
