I say ‘like a duck on water’ because JD is super calm, happy, and enjoyable to be around, but like a little duck who is serene on the surface and whose little legs are paddling like hell underneath to get the job done, JD worked so hard for us without skipping a beat or giving us anything to worry about! I never once doubted her skills and her ability to sell my unit, despite adding the challenge of existing tenants being re-leased for 12 months.
