Jess was professional, patient, and not pushy. We had to sell the family home to pay for aged care. Jess was understanding of the difficult position we were in. A long and emotional journey having to pack up 90 years of stuff. She was positive throughout the process and was happy to repeat information I couldn't take in due to stress. The market in Kaleen has changed so much in just a few months and due to the constant rate hikes, we had to accept the current situation. We got a great outcome in spite of what was happening locally. And best of all a lovely couple have bought our home and will make it their own. Great street for kids to play in.
