Mixed experience-inconsistent service
For some tasks (e.g meeting minimum compliance) the agents were helpful and available to discuss questions. On other matters I can't seem to contact them at all despite repeated messages, emails, follow ups... it's very disappointing and I'm thinking of moving my business.

Megan is a highly capable property manager who I have complete trust in to manage our investment. Megan manages issues appropriately and communicates as needed. This takes the hassle out of investment property ownership. She recently managed a turnaround of tenant replacement within a week despite a number of issues.
