Rhylee was very clear in setting expectations from the outset and communicated with us at every step of the process. Our property was rented very quickly without friction or issue. Thanks Rhylee

They are readily available or return calls quickly. Their advice on setting rents is good and they appear to know their market. They seem to have our investment front of mind to keep it in is as good as possible condition. Assessment of renters seems good so far.

This is the second investment property that we have onboarded with McGrath Geleong, and the market insight, service and removal of the hassle of liaising with trades was second to none. Sally and the team were on point and advised us superbly, which secured a solid applicant against other properties on the same street. We could not be happier

The process was simple. Jasmine communicated well, both with us as the landlord and with prospective tenants. Our property was leased quickly, and Jasmine was responsive throughout.
