Sally assisted me at finding the answers to the property management problems that I had been dealing with previously. She has always been professional and prompt with her responses to any questions and helped me through a stressful time, even following up after hours. All of this with no pressure to move my business over to McGrath. Not living in the Geelong region makes it difficult to choose the right agent. But with the information Sally provided, her knowledge of the real estate industry, even offering to keep in contact just to check up on how I was progressing, made the whole process so much easier. Her follow up calls to me where prompt, friendly and there was never a rush to finish the conversation, and I was always able to get all my questions addressed.
