There has been no contact with this agency that hasn’t required double or triple calls, a lot of sorting things out, multiple people, multiple contacts, confusing paperwork that turns out isn’t yours, lengthy delays in trying to get a call back to sort out something else that isn’t right, multi layered team systems and approaches that add bureaucracy, unnecessary delay and double handling. So so frustrating.
