I am so impressed by the highly professional approach from this business in all my communications so far. I would like to say a massive “Thank you Sally” for your quick and informative responses and all the information & assistance she gave me. Sally assisted me at finding the answers to the property management problems that I had been dealing with previously. She has always been professional and prompt with her responses to any questions and helped me through a stressful time, even following up after hours. All of this with no pressure to move my business over to McGrath. Not living in the Geelong region makes it difficult to choose the right agent. But with the information Sally provided, her knowledge of the real estate industry, even offering to keep in contact just to check up on how I was progressing, made the whole process so much easier. Her follow up calls to me where prompt, friendly and there was never a rush to finish the conversation, and I was always able to get all my questions addressed. Her assistance on what questions to ask/ the information she provided, as well as her work ethic allowed me the ability to make my decision and chose McGrath to take over my property management. It has been a wonderfully smooth transition, the communication has been outstanding, every step of the way. Both Emily and Hannah have been very professional and efficient. Hannah has also been extremely helpful, once again going above and beyond ‘what was required of her /or just doing her job’. I found Hannah very easy to talk to and I’m looking forward to a long and positive relationship with her and all the McGrath team.
