This is the second time I have gone with bell realestate to assist in the sale of my house, not only the second time going through bell realestate I’ve been fortunate enough to have had Sam Scott as my sales agent. In both cases I have had nothing but pleasant results in dealing with Sam, time of sales and fetching asking prices, bit of a wonder women in the realestate world. Next time of house sale no question in my mind I will again use bell realestate and request sam Scott as my sales agent.

Aaron sold our property in the Dandenong Ranges in December 2024. I found Aaron to be realistic and honest in his approach to selling our property. We followed his advice regarding how to present and market the property to have the best chance of selling. We received a strong response immediately and had several buyers keen to purchase the property within 2 weeks. Once building inspections were conducted and finance was approved, settlement took just 4 weeks. Aaron knows his local market. He was very patient, kept in regular contact and was pleasant and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone thinking of selling or buying property in the Dandenong Ranges.

We as a family, selling a property in Gembrook, are pleased to report, that because of the professionalism and experience of our chosen realestate agent Bethany Sullivan, whom was extremely helpful and knowledgeable concerning all aspects of selling said property. The whole property selling procedure was quite pleasant, as we received advice from Bethany as to present the property in the market, a desirable property for a home owner to purchase. Having received Bethany's advice on making the property saleable, we are delighted that because of Bethany's professionalism and very good advice in making the property presentable, that the property sold for an acceptable sum of money... Thank you all the team at Bell Real estate Emerald.....
