I found the whole experience so easy and the least stressful property purchase I have ever made. Samantha was very clear about what the vendor wanted and I simply heeded her words and bought the property. Samantha was very accomodating in arranging inspection times and was easily contactable during the whole process. I actually used Bell of Emerald to sell my original Emerald home back in 2007, and Bell of Belgrave to sell my Belgrave home in 2021. Samantha and Jo, especially Jo, were fantastic agents that helped negotiate a fair and mutually agreeable price for our recent purchase in Mount Dandenong. Jo was at the inspections and was very personable, taking the time to show us the ins and outs of the property. Promptly and transparently dealt with the enquiries from my Buyers Advocate. It was clear that she had experience with real estate across the Dandenong Ranges but wasn't pushy or a stereotypical sales person that puts you off dealing with them.
