They managed to find a lovely family who are thrilled to have found their dream property. Buying a house has been a very lengthy and energy draining process for us, probably also because we are not accustomed to the Australian real estate market. We have looked at many houses and spoke to a number of agents from various agencies. Most of the time, it felt like a guessing game that had a certain loser - us. This is one of the main reasons why we appreciate Sam's honesty and straightforwardness in dealing with us. She was able to provide us with all the information we needed, and communication also went very well. In the end, we managed to buy the house that we wanted, not without an effort though, but I guess that that just means that she represented her client's interests very well.
