From the outset, their energy and motivation was outstanding. All the agents from the Emerald office came through to inspect our home, even before we signed with them. Their follow-up was second to none. They presented our home in the best possible light with high quality photography and write-up. We sold during a tough time of the year and during the real estate downturn, plus during the bush-fires; where seemingly all buyers deserted Gembrook. Even in the face of all this adversity Aaron and the team never gave up. Small changes here and there to the campaign kept things fresh and attracted interest where at times, I felt the environment to sell was extremely negative. Yet they remained positive throughout. In the end we sold in exactly the time-frame Aaron gave to us during his appraisal.
